2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

• The Voucher is valid for use in all AX Hotels (excluding: Marion Mizzi; Carisma Spa; Soul Solutions; Ocean’s Basket, Garam Masalaa, all other dining outlets at the Sunny Coast Resort & Spa and Waterworld.) Notwithstanding this, AX Hotels reserves the right at its sole discretion to add to or remove any AX Hotel properties where the Voucher may be redeemed without incurring any liability.
• AX Hotels does not operate a refund policy and your purchase of the Voucher is final and non-refundable.
• The Voucher is non-salable but can be transferable.
• The Voucher expires if not redeemed within the expiry date indicated on the Voucher.
• AX Hotels shall not be liable for the reissue or reimbursement of any lost or expired voucher.
• AX Hotels will not be liable to you for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with:
  a. Your purchase, redemption and/or use of the Voucher;
  b. Your inability to use the Voucher due to it being lost, forgotten or voided or as a result of your giving the wrong contact information; or
  c. The use of the Voucher by any person(s) not authorised or approved by you.
• The Voucher cannot be split or redeemed in part.
• If the total amount of the voucher is not redeemed, there is no entitlement to the payment of the remaining balance.
• Vouchers are not redeemable in conjunction with any other offer, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• AX Hotels reserves the right at any time to delete and/or modify these conditions (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice and without incurring any liability thereof.
• All debit/credit card information submitted is exchanged over secure SSL; debit/credit card details are communicated directly with the payment gateway and at no point will AX Hotels receive/manage any debit/credit card information.
• By purchasing the Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Any kind of discount (staff or corporate discounts) will be given upon the purchase of the voucher and no further discounts will be applied when redeeming any said voucher/s.
